¿Cómo sé que esto no es una estafa?

¿Cobran por la asesoría o búsqueda?

No. Nuestra gestión es remunerada por el vendedor o desarrollador. La asesoría y acompañamiento es gratuito para ti como comprador.

¿Qué gastos adicionales debo considerar (Cierre/Impuestos)?

Generalmente un 3% de impuesto de transferencia (a menos que aplique Ley Confotur) y gastos legales menores. Te damos un desglose exacto antes de reservar.

¿Qué tipo de propiedades manejan?

Trabajamos con proyectos en desarrollo (en plano/en construcción) y propiedades ya terminadas, tanto en zonas vacacionales como urbanas.

¿Me van a estar llamando todo el tiempo?
